Arushi has extensive modelling experience in Irish and cross-border life assurance market, specifically in IFRS 17, asset pricing and actuarial modelling.
Arushi’s expertise includes developing, maintaining, and validating actuarial models with experience in Prophet, Risk Agility FM, Excel/VBA, Python, Prophet DCS and visualization tools like Qlik, SQL and MS Access.
Prior to joining Milliman, Arushi was heavily involved in the implementation and validation of IFRS 17 at Athora Ireland.
She has designed, developed and validated Asset Pricing projection models in Excel and Risk Agility FM, on both deterministic and stochastic bases , for bonds, index linked and interest rate derivative asset classes at Athora Ireland.
She has substantial experience with process improvement and automation using Python, SQL and VBA from a previous role at Irish Life.
She is also keeping up to date on developments in the areas of actuarial modelling and Solvency II.
